Diablo 2

My buddy and I were reminiscing about the good ol’ Diablo 2 days. I played a Paladin with +23 thorns and he was a Barbarian that spammed whirlwind all the time.

I’ve decided that multiplayer games are the shit. Co-op play is something I’m really interested in. I’ve been thinking about that Army of Two game. Anyone interested in playing through that? Is that a game to rent and play through in a weekend or buy and play a lot with your buddies?

I want to find a REALLY awesome co-op game.

I’m going to get Smash Bros when I visit Minneapolis (where the Wii is) in a bit over a week. We’ll hit that mulitplayer hard! LAZORRRRED

    Hell yeah, Man! Can’t wait for you to get some Smash Bros so’s I can play with my good buddy.

    As far as Diablo 2 goes, that was a craze I never got into. Nearly ALL of my friends played it hardcore (and still do from time to time). I’m not exactly sure why…It never really interested me. I tried Diablo 1 and it didn’t strike up any feelings that made me really want to come back for more.

    Army of two intrigues me as well. Alex and I have discussed it a bit but I’ve yet to read any reviews or get any opinions on it. I’d love to play it, though and if I could play it with either you or Alex, bonus points. If it turns out that it isn’t worth buying then maybe we could at least collaborate a time to rent it.

    Dude, i fucking LOVE D2. It’s the farking shit of god damned awesomeness.

    A few months ago i had a extreme lust to play again, so did my cousin. So i went out and bought the D2 + LoD CDs AGAIN (I think it’s the 4th time now) and started rockin. It’s just so much fun. I made a Necro as well as an assassin and gawdamn it’s been fun. Too bad that i let the account rot again :-/.

    I still haven’t found a mor fun game to play with your friends (and that’s a bold claim) over an extended period of time. It’s just a fact.

    If you find something, i’m in :P

    Army of Two is pretty cool when you play with a friend. Alex and I beat it while I was visiting Savannah, and we had some good times with it. Problem is, it’s a pretty short game. I’d have to say give it a rent.
